From this information, I chart the Vedic Horoscope and determine which herb or herbs should be selected for an herbal bath, depending upon which malefic planetary influences the person needs to be protected against, at present.

The recommended herb has to be soaked in bath water shortly before bathing, usually once a week. It is non-toxic and gets washed away during the bath, leaving behind only subtle energy effects which keep on acting in an unobtrusive manner on the person’s Chakras (invisible Energy Centres along the Spine) for almost seven days.
Herbal baths may be taken for a few weeks or for many months, depending upon the need.
